In order to complete the reservation to Villa Iris is required to deposit 25% of the total price. Please let us know about your deposit by e-mail, sending payment. The rest of the booking amount will be paid on the arrival.

Check in after 15.00

Check out until 11.00

You have the right to use – stay the room until 11:00 of the checkout date. In order to use the room until 18:00 additional payment is 50% of the daily price. After 18:00 you have to pay the full daily price.

Rental of bed is prohibited.

Our customers in any case should not pay amounts that exceed the above.

1. If the customer notifies us for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is returned.
2. If the customer notifies us for cancellation after 30 days before the date of arrival, then he must pay 50% of the total amount for the agreed period.
3. In case of cancellation during the stay, the client is obliged to pay the total amount of the reservation.
